Where are you guys located?

I don't really know what i need and i'm new to getting garments made.

What brands do you print on?
We mostly print on AS Colour, Gildan, American Apparel, Alstyle, Comfort Colours, JBWear, Biz Collection. We can source most other bands if none of these have something to suit your needs!
What type of ink do you use?
We mostly print plastisol inks from Union Ink or Rutland. We can also do waterbased from Permaset and discharge ink by Union Ink.
What format do you want my artwork in?
Ideally a vector graphic is best, PDF EPS or AI, PSD or similar will work or a high quality JPG/PNG file. We'll let you know if it isn't up to scratch!
Do you do graphic design?
We don't do in house design at the moment, we do have many friends we can refer you to if you don't have a design sorted yet.
Can you make me one of *insert brand name* shirts?
We don't reproduce other brands items.

Usually 2 week turn around for most apparel depending on time of the year, we'll let you know if it'll be any longer. Stickers is generally a week.
Will you post my items on your Instagram?
Any work that we do will be photographed and potentially be used for social media content, if you don't want us posting your item online just let us know and we'll be more than happy to omit them.
I can just pay you whenever yeah?
